Native mobile application development Vs Web mobile application development

With advancement in the web technology, the methods of mobile app development are getting smarter. However, a debate is becoming exclusive. This debate is about proving that how native mobile application development is better than web application development or vice-versa. If you have smartphone installed with Facebook app or Twitter app, and signed-in to account, you can probably get push notifications. For each web based application, high quality user interface simply means greater loading time.
